El acto de más envergadura y repercusión social de cuantos organiza el Centro Cultural es la Romería do Pan de Millo, que se ha ganado ya un puesto de privilegio en el calendario de romerías y fiestas gastronómicas de Galicia. Se celebra ininterrumpidamente desde 1986 el último domingo de Agosto como lo que, si biem es cierto que se convierte en la última gran cita de la temporada de verano.

Es una llamada al encuentro entre las gentes, a la distensión en un marco ecológico, pues se celebra en el monte Cotogrande, con muy buenos accesos y cerca de la sede. Se distribuye entre los asistentes gran cantidad de pan de maiz elaborados en los hornos de la parroquia, y se acompaña con viandas típicas de estas fiestas, como sardinas, pulpo y empanadas.

El marco de actividades se completa con una exposición de productos del campo, con premios donados por casa comerciales sorteados entre los distintos productos participantes.

Son doce horas de fiesta, con actuaciones de diverso tipo, juegos, concursos etc

Los responsables del Centro Cultural agradecen especialmente el trabajo desinteresado de muchos vecinos ajenos a la propia junta que cada año se ofrecen voluntarios para ayudar en su montaje y celebración, pues sin su ayuda no sería posible el éxito de esta Romería que cada año va a más.
